Our Roots

Here at WIN West Virginia Foundation, Inc., we know that a tree is only as strong as its roots.  We want to be a community that is connected and thriving with deep roots in healthy soil.  We offer a diverse, sensitive team approach to the rehabilitation process in substance use disorder.   We have a four part plan focused on prevention, treatment, peer and community support, and empowerment.  WIN team members consist of a patient care navigator, physicians, nurses,  peer recovery coaches and counselors.  We also help coordinate services  for your child, including speech, occupational and physical therapy when needed.
