WIN (Women and Infant Narcotic Rehabilitation Program) West Virginia Foundation, Inc. delivers judgement-free, comprehensive medical care with hope and compassion. Through our expert, multidisciplinary team we give mothers and their children the bright future that they deserve.

ABOUT WIN WEST VIRGINIA FOUNDATION
Our Roots
Here at WIN West Virginia Foundation, Inc., we know that a tree is only as strong as its roots. We want to be a community that is connected and thriving with deep roots in healthy soil. We offer a diverse, sensitive team approach to the rehabilitation process in substance use disorder. We have a four part plan focused on prevention, treatment, peer and community support, and empowerment. WIN team members consist of a patient care navigator, physicians, nurses, peer recovery coaches and counselors. We also help coordinate services for your child, including speech, occupational and physical therapy when needed.

Supporting and participating in local community programming, including faith-based organizations

HEALTH CLINIC
Maintaining your health with: fitness and nutrition programs, office-based medication-assisted treatment, prenatal visits, and pediatric care and family planning

THE FUTURE - ONE STEP AT A TIME
Educational and financial freedom, and home ownership planning. We also help participants matriculate into certificate programs enhancing career development.
